Our standard hours are Monday to Saturday: 10am – 5pm, and Sunday: 11am – 3pm. We also offer evening and weekend appointments to suit your schedule.

For ready-to-ship jewellery, delivery typically takes 3–10 working days (UK) or 7–14 working days internationally. For bespoke jewellery, timeframes vary depending on the complexity of the design, you’ll be kept informed at every stage.
Yes. You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking details as soon as your jewellery leaves our workshop.
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. This allows you to monitor the status of your delivery in real time.
Yes, express delivery is available on selected pieces. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
While we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, we do our best to work around your preferred timing, especially for special occasions. Contact us in advance to discuss your requirements.
International orders may be subject to import taxes and duties, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
If your order hasn’t been processed, we may be able to cancel or make changes. Once the item has entered production or been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, we can amend shipping details up until dispatch.

Most of our packaging is discreet and letterbox-friendly. If your item requires a signature and no one is available, a delivery card will be left and your parcel will be held at your local post office or courier depot.

Returns, Warranty & Product Care
We offer a 30-day return or exchange window for all online jewellery orders. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Contact Client Services to arrange your complimentary return or in-store exchange.
No, personalised, custom-made, or bespoke jewellery cannot be returned unless faulty, due to the unique nature of each design.
For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if they are unworn and sealed in their original packaging.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days after Quality Control inspection.
Yes, you can return or exchange eligible online orders to our Show Room as long as it’s within the same country or region of your original purchase.
Yes. Every Astella piece is covered by our lifetime manufacturing warranty. This covers any faults related to craftsmanship. Accidental damage, loss, or wear and tear are not covered.
Yes. If your jewellery is damaged, we offer complimentary repairs for manufacturing issues and chargeable repairs for accidental damage. Please contact us for an assessment.
Most engagement rings and wedding bands can be resized. We offer one free resize within 30 days of receiving your item. Bespoke or intricate designs may have limitations, so please get in touch to confirm.
Yes. All our diamond jewellery and gemstone jewellery comes with independent grading reports, never self-issued certificates. You’ll also receive a free Valuation Report for insurance purposes.
A Valuation Report provides a detailed summary of your jewellery, including stone specifications, images, and replacement value, ideal for insurance or proof of authenticity.
Yes, all jewellery is hallmarked at the Birmingham Assay Office, in accordance with British law.
Absolutely. We only use platinum that meets the 950 hallmark standard, the highest quality for long-lasting durability.

Yes. We use SMO-certified gold and only work with suppliers who meet the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme. We also offer a wide selection of lab grown diamonds as a sustainable alternative.
Yes. Many pieces can be engraved or customised. Customised items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Not necessarily. We buy our diamonds directly from polishing sources, helping our clients get exceptional value, often significantly better than high street jewellers.
