About the founder
Astella was born from founder Sunny’s belief that jewellery is more than an accessory, it’s a storyteller. A self-confessed hopeless romantic, Sunny created Astella to design engagement rings, wedding bands, and fine jewellery that live at the heart of life’s most meaningful moments. “I wanted to create something that would be there for the yes, the vow, the forever,” he says. With every personalised ring, anniversary gift, or bridal jewellery set, Sunny infuses his deep love for storytelling, symbolism, and soul.
Rooted in the rich symbolism of Greek mythology, his designs balance timeless elegance with emotional depth, celebrating not just love, but also confidence, power, and individuality. As Astella has grown, so has Sunny’s vision: expanding into designer jewellery and gemstone collections that help people wear their truth. From promise rings to diamond earrings, each piece is crafted to become part of someone’s story, whether it’s a great love or their own legend.
About the founder
Astella began with a single purpose: to create engagement rings that carry deep emotional meaning. Today, we’re proud to be known not only for our rings, but for a growing collection of fine jewellery, including wedding bands, lab grown diamond rings, diamond earrings, and high-end fashion jewellery.
What sets us apart is our commitment to storytelling. Each piece is designed with intention, from custom engagement rings to myth-inspired details like hidden halos and sculpted galleries. We blend romance with craftsmanship to create jewellery that honours emotion, celebrates individuality, and stands the test of time.
Whether you’re choosing a promise ring, a personalised gift, or a statement from our designer jewellery range, every piece is handcrafted in our Jewellery Quarter Birmingham workshop with care and purpose.
Astella is a destination for meaningful, beautifully made jewellery that becomes part of your story.
